We have 2 positions on offer, both full time permanent positions based in central Auckland.

Digital Analytics Specialist

Position Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:
To assist with the management and development of M2’s digital marketing strategy. Ensure we grow our existing social community, expand our digital reach, better engage our followers and increase our conversion rate, while constantly iterating based on insights and analytics. Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments, from sales to ecommerce to learn how to best connect M2 and M2woman customers through various touch points. Contribute to ideas for improving our brand’s voice, online presence and achieve sales targets. M2 is looking for someone with strong attention to detail. They will be passionate about digital and social media marketing insights and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. They will support the team with providing meaningful online campaign analysis and reporting tailoring this to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Social Media Management
• Daily reporting on all social media insights for all live campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)
• Deep dive into analysis of post performance including organic vs paid reach. Recommendations on most compelling posts and best time to post to increase social reach and engagement
• Adopt a proactive approach to support our Sales and Ecommerce team with meaningful insights and recommendations for future social media marketing
• Work closely with the M2 and M2woman digital creatives and in terms of creative iterations going forward in response to insights and results
EDM Management
• Daily reporting on all eDM campaigns
• Monitor and track eDM KPIs and make recommendations to improve KPIs
• Work closely with the M2 and M2woman digital creatives in terms of creative iterations going forward in response to insights and results
Website Management
• Update M2 reporting daily with all website/ banner insights for all live campaigns
• Prepare monthly M2 Dashboards for M2 and M2woman covering off key KPIs. Include highlights and key wins to share with the wider team monthly.
• Work closely with the M2 and M2woman digital creatives in terms of creative iterations going forward in response to insights and results
Client Campaign Analysis
• Maintain the M2 reporting daily to track client campaigns communicating to Digital Marketing Manager any areas of risk or opportunity
• Manage the campaigns on a timely basis to ensure all targets are reached and finish in a timely manner
• Prepare insightful and meaningful post campaign reports for our sales team to present back to the client by adopting a proactive approach
• Invest in our client brands by keeping in the know of their industry trends, competitor behaviour and emerging media in order to innovate
Other
• Support the M2 Shop analysis required working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager
• Support Digital Marketing Manager with any adhoc analysis and reporting

Skills Knowledge & Experience:

Qualifications:
Marketing degree or working towards is preferred

Experience:
2+ years working with digital marketing programs;
Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter
Ability to work well with different stakeholders across organization
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Google Drive Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Analytics).
Proficient with Word Press maintenance
Experience with Mailchimp preferred or other eDM software such as GreenArrow
Experience analyzing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and social media platforms

Digital Content Specialist

Position Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:

Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments, from sales to ecommerce to learn how to best connect M2 customers through various touch points. Contribute to ideas for improving our brand’s voice, online presence and achieve sales targets. M2 is looking for someone innovative and passionate about digital media marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. They will live and breathe the M2 brand supporting the team with their creative flair across online and social campaigns for internal and external customers continually developing our online creative presence in the market.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Social Media Management
• Responsible for all social media creative for internal and external campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)
• Develop, execute and maintain the social content calendars across multiple platforms
• Social media community management ensure we capture all leads who engage with M2
• Ongoing collaboration with like-minded brands/ clients to partner to develop social media campaigns
• Work closely with the M2 Digital marketing analyst in terms of creative iteration in response to insights and results
EDM Management
• Prepare eDMs aligned to brand guidelines for M2 including Ecommerce continually looking to improve to ensure we reach KPI targets
• Work closely with the M2 Digital marketing analyst in terms of creative iteration in response to insights and results
Website Management
• Responsible for all online creative on the M2 website
• Work closely with the M2 Digital marketing analyst in terms of creative iteration in response to insights and results
Client Campaign Analysis
• Manage the campaign creative on a timely basis to ensure all targets are reached and finish in a timely manner
• Invest in our client brands by keeping in the know of their industry trends, competitor behaviour and emerging media in order to innovate
Other
• Support the M2 Shop, working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager
• Support M2 events such as M2 Success Live and or any other event which may arise and capture content for social media live feeds/ stories
• Support Digital Marketing Manager with any adhoc creative
