What do you have for breakfast? Coffee is normally all I have for breakfast.
What is your morning routine? So, my morning routine is that I’m normally up at about 6am to get myself organised and up and ready for the day. And then, after that, the kids wake up. So I get them organised with breakfast and things.
What’s your dream car? My dream car would either be a VW Karmann Ghia, or a classic 1960s Porsche.
What is the top spot on your bucket list? I’d love to go on a safari in Africa. And, obviously as a family trip.
What advice would you give your 20-year-old self? Travel and go and see the world sooner. There’s a lot to see.
How do you stay motivated? I stay motivated by celebrating the good times and the successes, learning from mistakes and from myself and from other people.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do? I would probably be sailing around the world, exploring all the most beautiful beaches and dive spots.
What is your secret to success? Enjoying what you do. I don’t think it matters what industry you’re in, or what you do. You’ve got to enjoy what you do.
What is your best one liner? Work to live, you don’t live to work.
What is your favourite restaurant to frequent? My favourite restaurants are probably Chop Chop in Ponsonby Central. Or a takeaway from Paradise, in Sandringham.
What is your secret to living a longer, more satisfying life? I think balance is the key. Obviously doing the sort of job I do, I work weekends. So I try my best in the weekend mornings and during the week when I can, to have time with friends and family.
