What is your morning routine?
I can’t/won’t start the day without coffee. If I’m working on a project, the day can start anywhere from 4-6 am, in which case I’ll give myself an hour to get up, maybe stretch out have my coffee and a bit of breakfast then start the day. Everyday is different but I enjoy the complete lack of consistency.
What are the top 3 things on your bucket list?
Motorbike trip through Europe, Base jump, and visit every restaurant from the first season of the Netflix series At The Chefs Table because; food.
What advice would you give your 20-year-old self?
How do you stay motivated?
Picturing where I want to be in 10 years and focusing on whatever I can do to get there.
If you didn’t need money, what would you do?
Probably paint, and order UberEATS every night, I’m doing what I love but I constantly want to expand and keep looking for something else to do.
What is your secret to success?
Blind, uninterrupted pursuit. It’s like walking through a tunnel, and whatever it is that you do, that you love to do makes up the tiles of the ground you walk on.
Success comes but it takes time, baby steps, because eventually you’ll learn to run.
What is the best bit of advice or quote that resonates with you?
Trust that your in the right place at the right time, and whatever you’re looking for is around the corner.
What is your favourite restaurant?
Crave on Morningside drive, I would live there if I could.
What is your secret to living a longer, more satisfying life?
Be in love with what you do, otherwise its not sustainable.
What makes you feel alive?
Working, and putting everything I can into it.
