In a men’s magazine, talking about your nuts can oftentimes be slightly embarrassing for us as writers and you as the readers.
In the last couple of issues of M2, there’s been a slight focus of the importance of caring about your nuts and you totally should (don’t get me wrong), but maybe we’re talking about different types of nuts. I’m talking about the tiny edible snacks that are high in protein, fibre and nutrients. Consider almonds which are good for weight-loss, or pistachios which are very high in fibre. Take your nuts with you to work and have a little nibble. A simple snack is a good snack.
