For the past four years, Rolex has been resonsible for the design of the Oscars® Greenroom, where Academy Awards® presenters gather before stepping on stage.
Changing the theme each year, the 2019 Oscars® Greenroom took guests on an underwater experience linking the room to their Perpetual Planet campaign. With an entrance door shaped like a hatch, the room featured portholes decorated with backlit images of vivid ocean scenes and furniture in shapes of waves and starfish. Complete with an aquarium framed like an old Hollywood cinema screen, this room was the height of deep sea luxe.
